Credit Card Debt
Credit card debt seems to be a way of life for many. A lot of my friends and family have fallen into this destructive path (including my husband). Getting out of debt isn't an easy thing to do. You have to change how you think about money, your "needs", and you have to be committed. One thing we did was not use our credit cards while we were trying to pay them off. We also paid extra (as much as we could afford at the time) when the bill arrived. It took us a little over a year to get everything paid off but it was nice to be credit card debt free (CCDF). To maintain our CCDF lifestyle, we only charge what we can afford to pay off at the end of the month, and if there is something that we would really enjoy having we save up for it.

Wicked Jungle Giveaway
B and I went to see New Moon when it was in theaters. We had a very good time and at the end of the film B said he really enjoyed it. New Moon officially came out for purchase yesterday at Midnight. My sister and I were so excited. However, I wasn't up for the challenge of going to our local Wal-Mart and hoarding a copy for myself and one for my sister...even though it was tempting to be one of the first to own New Moon, it was a crazy mad house last year when Twilight came out and I just wasn't in the mood. :) Luckily, Wicked Jungle is giving some lucky fan the opportunity to win a copy of the DVD, Soundtrack, and Illustrated Movie Guide. You better hurry though because the giveaway closes Monday at 12am Eastern.
